Top 10 Things I Say Meme

Oky, so I *borrowed* this from Dawn – mucho thanks for giving me something to do to pass the time until my lil guy gets home from school! :P

1. Meh – the first time I saw this word on an IM I literally LOL’d…all I could hear in my mind was a goat – to me that was its sound! Anywhos, yes I actually do say this IRL & its meaning varies depending on my mood. More oft than not it is said to imply that its just another one of those days & thats the only word that needs said to sum that up!

 2. Eh? This I find myself saying more often than I’d like to admit, simply for the fact that I’m often so wrapped up in what I’m doing or my own thoughts that my mind/attention isn’t fully on the topic at hand. Other times its used just because I don’t follow or whats said is unbelievable.

3. YAY!!! Other variations including but not limited to - woohoo & woot. Again, another area in my life in which my IM life has actually been said outloud. I’m not prone to 12yr old girlie fits of histeria often, but its thanks to some dear friends that these words have actually entered my vocab IRL. However…these words are only used in extreme moments when no other words can possibly describe my joy!

4. M’kay or M’kay then – most often w/ an added eyeroll thrown in for emphasis!

5. Dude!! What can I say….before SN I thought this was a bit outdated. But now I find myself using it quite often.

6. If so & so jumped off a bridge…. – Yeh, another dreaded line I’ve picked up from my parents. I swore growing up if I heard that one more time I’d… well ya know what I mean :P

7. MEN!  That one word pretty much sums it all up. But I will admit…for all their flaws, they do make for quite the entertainment & keeping us laughing :P

8. Because I said so. – I lost count of just how many times one of my parents or the other said this to me growing up & I swore those words would never slip past my lips. Now that I have a child of my own…well, the rest is history.

9. Oky doky – that ones pretty self-explanitory.

10. Weeeeeeeeeeeee – I’m almost embarassed to admit this one. However I blame it on the late hour of the night/early hour of the morning when I’m greatly needing sleep yet haven’t quite gotten to bed just yet. I call it my needsleephypergigglymood – or something along those lines anywhos!
